Shipping Rates and Costs:
The cost of shipping is nine fifty ($9.50 CAD). We do not ship products outside of Canada, if you make an international purchase we reserve the right to cancel your order and to provide a refund. We offer free shipping to customers who spend one hundred dollars ($100 CAD) or more. Free shipping will be provided to residents of Niagara Ontario.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
We offer different methods of shipping. We can provide expedited delivery at an increased cost of shipping for the customer. We may personally deliver the products if it is within city limits of our physical location which allows for same-day or next-day delivery. Personal delivery will be for customers who spend a minimum of one hundred dollars ($100 CAD) on products and the customer will not have a delivery fee. We aim to have a maximum of 2 weeks delivery time.
Shipping Restrictions:
We do not ship products outside of Canada. We will not mail food or beverage products, they are on the website for customer product knowledge, or to purchase for pick up.
Returns or Refunds:
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items they wish to return, or exchange. It will take up to ten (10) business days to issue your request.

Returns:
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging attached.
Return Process:
To return an item please email customer service at thebritishboutique@yahoo.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original delivery packaging and include proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
